A3 Crate Template

It's the big trend of the summer! The crate cake: a fruit tart reimagined and presented in the form of a pretty fruit crate!

This A3 template is made of food-grade acetate sheet. You can use it to create chocolate decorations. The template includes three parts: one long and one short, to make the sides and bottom of the crate.

Place the template on the dough to be cut, apply a rolling pin to mark the contours, remove the template and follow the line left by the imprint to cut your dough.
