Free shipping:

We offer free shipping on parcels under 20kg, delivered to a collection point, for orders over €69 (including VAT) in mainland France (excluding Corsica). Please note, however, that a €6 surcharge applies to hard-to-reach areas, which remains the customer's responsibility.

What is the price of transport?

Shipping costs are directly linked to the choice of carrier and the weight of the order. Only a quote can provide you with this information.
Please note that the price charged is less than what they actually cost us. You are simply contributing to the costs.

Which carrier should I choose?

Delivery times depend on the choice of carrier and the destination.

Chronopost:

Delivery time: 24 hours for mainland France.
Orders placed before noon from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day and are deliverable from Monday to Saturday provided that all products are in stock.

DPD:

Delivery times of 24 to 48 hours for mainland France.
Orders placed before noon, Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day and are delivered Monday to Saturday. Orders placed outside these hours are shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

These are the most common delivery times. They may vary depending on the workload (especially during the holiday season) or due to exceptional circumstances (lockdowns, weather, strikes, etc.).

The delivery times are therefore given as a guideline only.
