Funcakes Pastry Cream Mix 500g

Preparation method:

Add 500 ml of water to 200 g of the mixture. Whisk this mixture for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it thicken for a few moments before using it as a filling for cakes, cream puffs, or pastries. The cream can also be used to fill or top baked goods such as cakes.

Ingredients: Sugar, modified potato starch, skimmed milk powder, whey powder ( milk ), partially hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), dextrose, gelling agents: E516, E450, E339, E401, dehydrated glucose syrup, preservative: E202, colors: E160b, E101, flavoring.
