Your data is stored in the Site's computer systems for the duration necessary for its purpose:

 

-       Unless you object or request its deletion, prospect/customer data is retained for three years from the date of collection or your last activity on the website or interaction with Cook Shop (last order, last browsing from your account, last contact with customer service, last opening of a hyperlink from a newsletter or other marketing email, last contact) or the end of the business relationship. If we do not receive a positive and explicit response from you, your data will be deleted or archived in accordance with applicable regulations.

-       Your bank details are deleted once the transaction is complete. Subject to your explicit consent, this data (with the exception of the security code, which is never stored) may be kept until your bank card expires to facilitate future purchases. Without your consent, your bank card number will be archived for 13 months in accordance with Article L. 133-24 of the French Monetary and Financial Code to prevent any dispute regarding the transaction.

-       Data relating to identity documents is kept for one year in the event of exercising the right of access, rectification, limitation, deletion or portability, and for three years in the event of exercising the right to object.

-       Data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or retained to comply with a legal obligation, is archived in accordance with applicable regulations.

-       The technical information collected through cookies is kept for 13 months after the last formulation of your consent.

 

The collection and processing of data serve the following purposes: customer relationship management and order processing (contractual basis), audience analysis and statistics, website security and fraud prevention, website improvement and security, improvement of our offers and services (legal basis).
