FLEXIPAN is a fiberglass mesh coated with silicone that: Provides flexibility: - allows for easy unmolding - provides shape and stability - allows for a variety of shapes. Provides resistance: - to wear - to heat. Is unbreakable. Is black: promotes heat conduction for even baking. Provides non-stick properties: - no need to grease molds, therefore less fat. - gives preparations a glossy finish. Provides resistance to heat and cold: - withstands heat (+270°C) - withstands cold (-40°C) - is microwave safe - cools very quickly.
