FunCakes Red Velvet Spray 100ml creates a spectacular velvety finish on your entremets, ice creams, mousses, cakes, and chocolate desserts. Simply spray a thin, even layer onto a frozen surface for a clean, professional velvet effect. For best results, the can should be pre-tempered (20-25°C), shaken, and slightly warmed in lukewarm water. This spray is popular with both amateurs and professionals for its ease of use and immediate, luxurious finish.
Instructions for use: spray from a distance of 20–25 cm, let stand for 4 hours before tasting, clean the nozzle after use.

Ingredients: Vegetable fat (palm, palm kernel), color: E129 Allura Red AC, emulsifier: E322 ( soy ), stabilizer: E333, color: E122 azorubine, E101 riboflavin, emulsifier: E433, propellant gases: E943a, E943b, E944. For allergens, see ingredients in bold . E129 Allura Red AC, E122 azorubine: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain: milk , sulfite . Maximum dosage: 3.8 g/kg.
