Velly gray velvet spray 250 ml

This grey velvet spray delivers (real!) grey cocoa butter! A perfect effect for a black sesame dessert, for example. Use it on a chilled dessert. It doesn't require tempering, only being used at room temperature, between 18 and 25°C, for optimal results. Give your desserts a perfect finish with a single stroke. A pro's secret !
