This red velvet spray sprays real red cocoa butter! A perfect effect for a Valentine's Day dessert or one with red berries. Use it on a chilled dessert. It doesn't require tempering, only being used at room temperature, between 18 and 25°C, for optimal results. Give your desserts a perfect finish with a single spray. A pro's secret !
One can is enough to spray approximately 6 desserts of 20 cm.
