This light green velvet effect flocking spray sprays (real!) light green cocoa butter! A perfect effect for an exotic dessert, for example. Use it on a chilled entremet. It doesn't require tempering for optimal results. In one simple step, give your desserts a perfect finish. A pro's secret! One can is enough to spray approximately eight 20cm entremets. Caution!   • Ingredients: Butane E943a, isobutane E943B, propane E944, cocoa butter, coloring

Before use, it is best to leave the colorant at room temperature (25°C) for 2 hours. Do not use an oven . Shake well before use and spray in thin layers from 25-30 cm away.
