This green velvet-effect flocking spray sprays real red cocoa butter! A perfect effect for a festive or spring dessert. Use it on a chilled dessert. No tempering is required for optimal results. With a single stroke, give your desserts a perfect finish. A pro's secret !
One can is enough to spray approximately 8 desserts of 20 cm.

  • Ingredients: Butane E943a, isobutane E943B, propane E944, cocoa butter, colours E102 - E133

Before use, it is best to leave the colorant at room temperature (25°C) for 2 hours. Do not use an oven . Shake well before use and spray in thin layers from 25-30 cm away.
