This yellow velvet-effect flocking spray sprays real cocoa butter... in yellow! A perfect effect for an exotic dessert. Use it on a chilled dessert. It doesn't require tempering for optimal results. In one simple step, give your desserts a perfect finish. A pro's secret !

Before use, it is best to leave the colorant at room temperature (25°C) for 2 hours. Do not use an oven . Shake well before use and spray in thin layers from 25-30 cm away.
