Smartflex sugar paste must be used strictly without additives: do not add shortening, icing sugar, or cornflour.

Ingredients : sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm kernel), modified starch: potato starch, thickener: xanthan gum, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage conditions : Store between 16 and 23°C, away from sunlight, in a dry and airtight place. Once opened, any unused product should be returned to its original packaging to prevent drying out.

Good to know: Due to the significant weight and density of this product, and despite the special care we take to protect it, the packaging of this item (plastic bucket) may be damaged during transport.
Thus, this bucket may sometimes arrive cracked, but this does not affect the preservation of the sugar paste in any way.
This bucket is primarily intended for practical storage, as the sugar paste is preserved by the plastic bag surrounding it, as is the case with the vast majority of sugar pastes on the market. Finally, if the plastic bag happens to be damaged, any good quality plastic bag can be used as a replacement. The most important thing is that the bag is sealed as tightly as possible.
