Smartflex sugar paste must be used strictly without additives: do not add shortening, icing sugar, or cornflour.

Ingredients : sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm kernel), modified starch: potato starch, thickener: xanthan gum, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage conditions : Store between 16 and 23°C, away from sunlight, in a dry and airtight place. Once opened, any unused product should be returned to its original packaging to prevent drying out.

Finally, if the plastic bag happens to be damaged, any good quality plastic bag can be used as a replacement. The most important thing is that the bag is sealed as tightly as possible.
