These organic vanilla pods They come from the Maroantsetra and Mananara regions in eastern Madagascar, cultivated by an association of growers. They are then processed, refined and sorted in accordance with traditions and with the utmost care.

The bundle is tied with raffia and vacuum-sealed to preserve its freshness. This high-quality black vanilla, with a moisture content exceeding 32% and a vanillin content exceeding 1.5%, boasts floral and sweet aromas with powerful cocoa notes. Its glossy, oily appearance and supple texture make it easy to work with.
