Note: The primary function of packaging is to protect the product it contains and to be damaged in place of the product if it is damaged. Despite the care we take in preparing our packages, boxes may occasionally be damaged during transport without this constituting a defect in the product. Therefore, we will not exchange products or offer return labels for damaged boxes. However, the customer retains the right to return any products they wish at their own expense within the withdrawal period.

100% platinum silicone: The use of silicone allows for excellent results and offers several advantages. Its high resistance, stability, and thermal flexibility make it an ideal mold for temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C.
In addition, silicone is an elastic and non-slip material that resists aging.

Compliant with all current standards, platinum silicone offers unparalleled ease of use. This excellent quality material does not alter the taste of food and withstands regular, even intensive, use. However, to ensure the longevity of your Silikomart silicone molds, we advise against using harsh detergents. If white marks appear on your mold after several dishwasher cycles, we recommend boiling the product in water for a few minutes.

Since the platinum silicone used by Silikomart is not derived from plastic, it contains no trace of bisphenol-A.
