  • Very supple and flexible!
  • To completely cover a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm), you will need approximately 500 g of marzipan. The marzipan must be thoroughly kneaded before being spread on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
  • The almond paste must be kneaded properly before being spread on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
  • Halal, Kosher D and gluten-free.
  • Contents: 250 grams.

 

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420, thickener: E466, invertase, acid: E330, natural almond flavoring, color: E122. For allergens, see ingredients in bold . Quantities to cover your cakes based on a thickness of 3 mm and for cakes 7 cm high.
