Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420, thickener: E466, invertase, acid: E330, natural almond flavoring. For allergens, see ingredients in bold . This product may contain traces of soy and egg . This product is Halal certified.

Quantities to cover your cakes based on a thickness of 3 mm and for cakes 7 cm high.

Diameter 8 cm: 250 to 300 g
Diameter 20 cm: 600 to 650 g
Diameter 30 cm: 1.100 kg to 1.250 kg
* Allow a little more for rectangular cakes
