Ingredients :
Wafer paper: potato starch, vegetable fat,
Ink: Water, solubilizer: E1520, humectant: E422, acidity regulator: E330, colorants: E151, E110, E104, E133, E122, E102. (E102, E122, E110, E104 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children)

- Instructions: Wafer paper doesn't like water, so place it on ganache, buttercream, or piping gel . Coat the back of the wafer paper (the unprinted side) with piping gel and place it on the smooth surface. For a glossy finish, if desired, coat the top with piping gel as well. If air bubbles appear, prick them with the tip of a needle.
