- Ingredients: cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, barley malt extract. May contain traces of nuts and soy.
- Tempering usage advice: Melt at 45-50°C, crystallization at 27-28°C, working at 29-30°C.
