Valrhona Azelia Milk Chocolate Beans 3kg

Ingredients: cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, hazelnuts , cocoa beans, brown sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier (soy lecithin), barley malt extract. May contain traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, gluten, and peanuts.

Usage advice (tempering): Melt at 45-48°C, crystallization at 27-28°C, working at 29-30°C.
