Valrhona Raspberry Inspiration 3kg

- Tempering: Melting at 45-48°C, crystallization at 27-28°C, working at 30-31°C.

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter 35.9%, raspberry powder 11.5%, emulsifier (SOY lecithin). MILK (Made in a facility that uses milk). May contain traces of nuts and gluten.
