Inspiration YUZU Valrhona 3kg

- Tempering: Melting at 45-48°C, crystallization at 27-28°C, working at 30-31°C.

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter 34.4%, maltodextrin, yuzu juice 2.4%, emulsifier (SOY lecithin). MILK (Made in a facility that also processes milk). May contain traces of nuts and gluten.
