A chocolate stencil is a type of template. Place it on a guitar sheet or a chocolate transfer (see accessories), pour chocolate onto its surface to fill the cavities, smooth it with a spatula, and let it crystallize. Then remove the stencil and allow it to harden. This creates regular shapes for decorating desserts. This stencil will give you thin chocolate discs approximately 25 mm in diameter.
