Usage tips

Allow the sugar paste to return to room temperature, then knead it until it is smooth and elastic. Roll it out on a work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar, turning it regularly to prevent sticking.

To cover a 20cm diameter round cake, you will need approximately 500g of sugar paste, depending on the cake's height and the desired thickness. A 250g pack is therefore more suitable for smaller creations, modestly sized cakes, or decorations.
