Usage tips

Allow the sugar paste to return to room temperature, then knead it until it has a smooth and elastic texture. Roll it out on a work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar or rolling powder, to a thickness of approximately 2 to 3 mm .

To cover a cake, FunCakes recommends first applying a thin layer of buttercream to facilitate the adhesion of the sugar paste.

Conservation
