Smartflex Velvet 250g Vanilla Yellow

In just a few days, Smartflex sugar paste has gone from obscurity to the spotlight, and for good reason! Its qualities are numerous.
It's so elastic that you can stretch it to the point of making it transparent. But don't be fooled, it's not transparent, even if the temptation is strong to have fun pushing its limits!
- It does not contain titanium dioxide. Besides being the only sugar paste currently on the market that doesn't contain it, this gives it excellent coloring qualities. We were able to color it red with the strawberry red coloring from the TopCake range and obtained a vibrant and perfect color.
- Naturally it does not stick, does not crack, does not tear.
- It is resistant to humidity and high summer temperatures.
- It has a very pleasant satin feel.

And besides, we love it because it tastes absolutely amazing. Finally, sugar paste that's edible!

Smartflex sugar paste must be used strictly without additives: do not add shortening, icing sugar, or cornflour.


Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm kernel), modified starch: potato starch, thickener: xanthan gum, flavoring, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid. Yellow coloring (Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, E102)

Suggested storage: 16-23°C, keep away from sunlight, store in a dry place, protected from air. After opening, any unused product should be returned to its original packaging to prevent drying out.
