Funcakes Rose Rolled Sugar Paste Disc

Preparation: Remove the fondant from the aluminum foil and carefully unroll it. Pull on both ends of the white sheet to flatten it. Cover the cake with a thin layer of buttercream. Gently place the disc on top, white sheet facing up. Remove the foil and smooth the fondant over the cake. Trim any excess and decorate.

This sugar paste disc is used to cover a cake 15-20 cm in diameter and 10 cm high, or a cake 20-25 cm in diameter and 7.5 cm high. It can also be used to decorate cupcakes, cookies, and more.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), humectant (E422, E1103), thickeners (E413, E415), emulsifier (E471), natural flavoring, color (E124). The color E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain traces of almonds .

This product is certified Halal, Kosher and gluten-free (NL-090-094).

Storage advice: Store in a cool place away from light, 15°C - 20°C.
