Thanks to its fine, supple, and creamy texture , it spreads easily to cover your cakes with a flawless satin finish. It is also ideal for cutting clean, precise shapes or for creating a variety of decorations to suit your taste.

This versatile sugar paste can also be colored with food coloring to adjust the shade. After coloring, it is recommended to let it rest, covered, for an hour, then knead it again to obtain the optimal texture.

To cover a 20cm round cake , you will need approximately 500g of sugar paste . This 250g size is perfect for small creations, decorations, or finishing touches.

Instructions for use:
– allow the dough to reach room temperature
– Knead it until you obtain a smooth and elastic texture
– spread it on a lightly sugared surface (icing sugar)
– Recommended thickness: 2 to 3 mm
– turn it regularly to prevent it from sticking
