Gluten-free lace mix 500g

Preparation: Mix 50g of the mix with 50ml of water. Fill a lace mold with the mixture. Drying time is 9-12 minutes in a 110°C oven (100°C fan oven) (or 3-4 hours at room temperature, outside the oven). To prevent drying, always cover the preparation with cling film and use within 2 hours.

Ingredients: sugar (38%), modified starch, potato starch, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, corn starch, emulsifier: E471, thickeners: E401, E415, color: E171, flavoring. This product may contain traces of milk , eggs , and nuts .

This product is Halal certified. Gluten-free, lactose-free, preservative-free, and free of azo dyes. Suitable for vegetarians.
