This mold was designed by Emmanuele Forcone, winner of the 2015 World Pastry Cup.

The Pavoni Pavoflex range of silicone cake molds is a line of platinum silicone molds with original and innovative shapes, manufactured by injection molding, allowing for a perfect finish of details, resistant from -40°C to +250°C. It is suitable for use in the oven and freezer.

These non-stick molds are perfect for making recipes based on cake, ice cream, cream, mousse... with easy and quick unmolding thanks to their flexibility.
