Despite the care we take in preparing our packages, boxes may occasionally be damaged during transport without this constituting a defect in the product. Therefore, we will not exchange products or offer return labels for damaged boxes. However, the customer retains the right to return any products they wish at their own expense within the withdrawal period.

To ensure the longevity of your Silikomart silicone molds, we advise against using harsh detergents. However, if white marks appear on your mold after several dishwasher cycles, we recommend boiling the product in water for a few minutes.
