To cover it, first apply piping gel or Crisco , then cover the dummy with rolled sugar paste or marzipan.
The advantage of the dummy is obviously that it can be reused : after use, simply clean it with hot water before making a new decoration.
The dummy is made from 100% recycled EPS polystyrene , without CFCs or HBCD. It has clean edges that make working with sugar paste easier and allow for even corners and finishes.
Each dummy is individually shrink-wrapped to protect it during storage and transport.
