Large quilted sheet. This is the larger version of the quilted sheet for log molds . Measuring 36.5 x 56.5 cm, you can easily trim it to fit your entremet frame to create a spectacular quilted dessert! Made of flexible plastic. Fits a 40 x 60 cm frame whole, or can be cut to your desired size. Place the sheet at the bottom of the frame, pour in the mousse, assemble the dessert, and freeze. Turn the entremet over and carefully peel off the textured sheet .
