FunCakes' Enchanted Cream Mix® 200g is the ideal solution for obtaining a light, firm, and perfectly white cream in record time. Lighter than a classic buttercream, it is still stable enough to create crisp, structured decorations.

This cream is perfect for:
– to garnish layer cakes
– cover a cake with a diameter of 25 cm
– Create rosettes and swirls on 24 to 30 cupcakes
– decorating entremets and desserts

Its airy texture allows for precise work without a heavy mouthfeel. It can be prepared in just a few minutes: simply add water and/or milk, then whisk for 3 minutes at high speed.

Preparation (1 serving):
Mix 150g of mix , 100ml of milk and 100ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed.
Option: only 200 ml of milk (creamier) or 200 ml of water (lighter).
The cream can be kept in the refrigerator for several days (stir before reusing).

Its snow-white color is ideal for coloring with food coloring. Its mild vanilla flavor pairs perfectly with flavoring pastes, fruit juices, zests, liqueurs, or spices.
