FunCakes' Strawberry Bavarian Cream Mix is designed to easily create a smooth and light Bavarian cream with a delicious strawberry flavor. Ideal for filling entremets, layer cakes, or serving in individual glasses, it achieves a firm yet airy texture after chilling.

Its preparation is simple and quick:

Preparation :
– Whip 250 ml of liquid cream until you obtain a smooth texture.
– Mix 50g of Bavarian cream mix with 60ml of lukewarm water .
– Gently fold the mixture into the whipped cream.
– Use immediately then allow to firm up for 1 hour in the refrigerator .
– Suitable for freezing.

Ideal for:
– strawberry dessert
– layer cake filling

– classic Bavarian cream with a twist

Thanks to its consistency, this preparation is perfect for layered desserts or tiered creations.

Store in a cool, dry place (8 to 24°C).
