FunCakes Muffin Mix 1kg lets you easily prepare soft and fluffy muffins with the classic American texture: tall, fragrant, and irresistibly tender. Simply add water, vegetable oil, and eggs to create a smooth batter in minutes. Then, personalize your recipes with your choice of toppings: chocolate chips, blueberries, banana, walnuts, berries, praline, or cookie pieces.
This mix is ideal for homemade baking , afternoon snacks, brunches or quick weekend batches.
Preparation (for 12 muffins):
500g of mix + 165g of oil + 95ml of water + 3 eggs (150g). Mix for 5 minutes at low speed. Add the filling. Bake for 23 minutes at 185°C (or 165°C fan-assisted).
