Funcakes Sponge Cake Mix 4kg

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C fan-assisted oven). The ingredients should be at room temperature. Place the mix, eggs, and water in a bowl. Mix on high speed for 7 to 8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full). Place the cake in the oven and do not open it during baking! The cake is ready when it springs back when lightly touched. Remove the cake from the oven immediately after baking and let it cool on a wire rack.
