Preparation: Consult the quantity chart or visit www.funcakes.com for proportions and baking times. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan oven). The ingredients should be at room temperature. Place the mix, eggs, and water in a bowl. Mix on high speed for 7 to 8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full). Place the cake in the oven and do not open the door during baking! The cake is ready when it springs back when lightly touched. Remove the cake from the oven immediately after baking and let it cool on a wire rack.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour , skimmed cocoa powder (5%), wheat starch , emulsifier: E472b (palm), E477 (palm), malted barley , glucose syrup (dehydrated), raising agents: E500, E450, skimmed milk powder , burnt sugar, thickener: E415.
