Funcakes Biscuit Mix 500g

FunCakes' 500g biscuit mix is the ideal solution for easily making delicious homemade biscuits. Simply add butter and an egg to obtain a firm dough that is easy to work with and perfectly suited for cutting.

Thanks to its formulation, the dough produces uniform, flat, and well-structured biscuits, perfect for decorating cakes with fondant or royal icing. It is also ideal as a base for crisp tarts, such as apple pie.

Ideal applications:

Preparation :
– mix 500 g of preparation , 150 g of butter and 1 egg (50 g)
– knead until you obtain a firm dough
– leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
– spread to a thickness of approximately 3 mm
– Bake at 180°C (160°C fan-assisted) for approximately 12 minutes

This mix makes approximately 25 biscuits (7 to 10 cm depending on the thickness and shape).

Conveniently, the dough can also be frozen , which avoids any waste and allows you to plan ahead.
