Preparation Instructions: First, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C fan oven). Combine the mix, eggs, and water with a mixer at high speed for 7 to 8 minutes, then at low speed for another 2 to 3 minutes. Fill a greased cake tin (half or two-thirds full) and bake the cake in the preheated oven. Refer to the packaging diagram for baking times and proportions. Do not open the oven during baking! The cake is ready when it springs back when lightly touched. Remove the cake from the tin as soon as it comes out of the oven and place it on a wire rack to allow the steam to escape.
