Mix Preparation Cup Cakes Funcakes 500g

Preparation: First, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan oven). For 20 to 24 cupcakes, combine 500g of mix, 250g of softened butter, and 5 medium eggs (approximately 250g) with a mixer on low speed for 4 minutes until smooth. Place paper baking cups in a muffin tin and fill them halfway using an ice cream scoop. Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for approximately 18 minutes. Tip: Add a pinch of salt and/or flavoring of your choice, such as lemon or orange. Cake preparation: cooking time of approximately 70 to 75 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 ºC (fan oven: 140 ºC).

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, vegetable emulsifiers (E472b and E477 (palm)), raising agents (E450i and E500ii), preservative (E202), stabilizer (E415), flavoring, color (E160b), skimmed milk powder, dehydrated glucose syrup.
