Funcakes Buttercream Mix 1kg

Preparation Instructions: First, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. For one portion of buttercream, whisk together 125g of the mix with 125ml of water and let this mixture rest for at least 1 hour. Cream 150g of unsalted (smooth) butter for approximately 5 minutes. Add the mix in four additions to the butter, ensuring each addition is fully incorporated before adding the next. Then, mix everything together for approximately 10 minutes until you obtain a smooth cream. One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and frost a 20cm cake or to decorate approximately 12 cupcakes.
