A tiny amount of Sugarflair Maximum Concentrated Paste Colours black or red food colouring is enough to give a deep and intense colour to marzipan and fondant.

Instructions for use: Work with the colorant in small quantities, using a toothpick, for example. Insert the toothpick into the preparation to be treated. Then vigorously mix the mixture until the desired color is obtained.
Ingredients: Glycerol (E422), propylene glycol (E551), colors (E124 and E129). E124 and E129 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children. Gluten-free. Suitable for all water-based food products.
