Blue Sheet Metal Tips

New baking trays and molds must be used after a pre-seasoning process known as "seasoning." They must be heated to 100°C to allow for hot cleaning with a cloth. Repeat this process three times.
The baking pans should be greased with a good quality cooking oil or fat and baked at 180°C for 2 hours. Simply wipe them clean with a cloth after removing them from the oven, then grease them again. You can now use your baking tray. Grease the pan before each use.
Do not use an abrasive sponge. Washing is not recommended.
