A Valrhona signature beverage

Celaya Dulcey uses 8% white chocolate , composed primarily of cocoa butter, sugar, whole and skimmed milk powder, whey, butter, and natural vanilla extract. The recipe also contains semi-skimmed milk, water, and skimmed milk powder.

The technical data sheet indicates a total cocoa content of 3% and a milk solids content of 15%.

Ingredients

Conservation

Before opening: store below 20°C . The minimum shelf life indicated by Valrhona is 12 months . After opening, the product can be kept for 5 days , following the storage recommendations and without exceeding the best before date indicated on the packaging.
