Our 1kg cocoa nibs are flying off the shelves! These roasted cocoa bean fragments are no longer just for Michelin-starred chefs and chocolatiers. Add them to your chocolate mousses, ganaches, ice creams, and tuiles. On the savory side, they're a wonderful addition to Molé and spicy meat dishes. Also available in a 50g jar here .
