Add this 100% hazelnut paste to your ganaches, bavarois, buttercreams, ice creams, or Enchanted Cream® to give them a delicious hazelnut flavor. It can also be incorporated directly into sponge cake batters, cupcakes, and other cakes .

Its excellent heat resistance allows you to flavor your pastries, not just cold preparations. For baking above 200°C, FunCakes recommends slightly increasing the quantity used to maintain the intensity of the flavor.

Unlike products intended solely for flavoring cold preparations, FunCakes hazelnut paste is stable during baking . It can therefore be incorporated into cake, cupcake, or sponge cake batters before baking.

For cooking at high temperatures, above 200°C, it is advisable to add a little more dough to compensate for a possible decrease in aromatic intensity.
