The Kwik De Buyer piston funnel allows you to pour and decorate your creations with a safe, precise, and simple motion. Once the liquid is filled into the funnel, a trigger allows you to release the liquid with a single press of your index finger: press, pour, release. Both cold and hot liquids up to 80°C can be used in this funnel, allowing you to fill liqueurs, cocktails, and other beverages, create layered creams and verrines, or pour sauces over your dishes. You can also decorate your plates thanks to its ergonomic handle and flow control.

This funnel has an adjustable flow rate (7 mm diameter leak-proof nozzle). Ideal for small quantities of sauce or cream, it allows you to plate dishes in minutes. It features a silicone coating for perfect stability and a non-slip surface.
