The Gourmet Whip can be placed in a bain-marie (at a maximum temperature of 70°C), and can be stored in the refrigerator.

This siphon consists of an aluminum bottle with graduations on the body to indicate the maximum fill level, a stainless steel head with a fixed valve, and a silicone seal with a tab for easy removal and cleaning. It comes with three decorating nozzles : plain, fluted, and tulip.

Dishwasher safe.

Gas cartridges are not supplied with the device.
