The De Buyer non-stick steel baking tray is designed to bake 20 mini madeleines simultaneously. The indentations are arranged to optimize hot air circulation, ensuring even baking and perfect caramelization of the juices. The PTFE- and PFAS-free non-stick coating makes unmolding easy and protects the steel from oxidation. It is recommended to grease the tray before use. Oven safe up to 220°C (do not use in a microwave). Hand wash with a non-abrasive sponge; not dishwasher safe.
